Mio is a tiny universe creating colorful objects for dogs (and the people who love good design).
Everything is thoughtfully designed in small batches with comfort, quality, and a little whimsy in mind.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I choose the right size?
Every product includes a size guide.
The best way to find the right fit is to measure your dog's neck with a soft measuring tape and compare it to our sizing chart.
If you're between sizes or aren't sure which one to choose, send us a message—we're always happy to help.
My dog is between sizes. Which one should I choose?
If your dog's measurement falls between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
If you're unsure, send us your dog's neck measurement, breed, age, and weight, and we'll recommend the best size.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made in small batches, we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
If you've ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange (subject to availability). The item must be unused and in its original condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right.

How should I care for my Mio collar?
A little care goes a long way.
- Hand wash gently with mild soap.
- Air dry completely.
- Avoid bleach and high heat.
- Store in a dry place when not in use.
Like your favorite puffer jacket, your collar will stay happiest with a little extra love.
I noticed faint lines after washing my Puffer Collar. Is this normal?
Yes. Because of the unique quilted fabric used for our Puffer Collar, you may occasionally notice faint water marks or tidelines after washing or air drying. This is a normal characteristic of the material and isn't a defect.
If you notice them, simply dampen a clean cloth with water and gently wipe the area, then let the collar air dry again. The marks should blend back into the fabric as it dries.
To keep your collar looking its best, we recommend gentle hand washing with mild soap and allowing it to air dry naturally.
Is the Puffer Collar waterproof?
Our collars are designed for everyday adventures, but they aren't waterproof.
They can handle the occasional splash or light rain, but we recommend letting them air dry after getting wet and avoiding frequent swimming.
Are the colors exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to photograph every product as accurately as possible.
Because every screen displays color a little differently, the colors you see may vary slightly from the product you receive.
Do you make your products in large batches?
No.
We intentionally produce in small batches. This allows us to focus on quality, introduce new colors more often, and reduce unnecessary waste.
Because of this, some designs may sell out and not return for a while.
